Breakfast at Blu Jam.

This is my favorite dish at Blu Jam. It’s called the “Olympus”. Six egg whites scrambled with chopped flame broiled chicken breast, spinach, zucchini, and a fresh tomato basil sauce. Served with mixed greens and toast. I get no salt added, there’s enough flavor from the sauce. No toast. And, I add fresh slices of avocado.¬†

If your ever in the Melrose area you just should try it. Everything there is really good.
