Need a salad? Well, in my opinion this vegetable drink is just as equivalent to eating a small salad that you don’t have time to make. At first the taste takes a minute to get use to because it’s pure organic greens, which can be challenging for some people. It’s mixed with celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, mustard & collards, and parsley.
Daily meals.
This is what I eat every few hours to stay healthy and keep my metabolism up.
My daily meals. Quinoa, egg white scramble, fruits, goji berries, veggies, almonds, chia seeds, all natural almond or peanut butter, kale, arugula, chicken breast, sweet potatoes. Juicing is great as well. No breads, no added sugar or salt. All water. Keep it healthy! :)
P. S starving yourself is worse than eating a double cheeseburger with fries. So NEVER do it!
Urth Caffe

If you’re in the Los Angeles and looking for a healthy spot to eat, try Urth Caffe. Their food is really good and everything is fresh. Im hooked! The best organic tea, coffee and smoothies I’ve ever had. The food is great as well. Here’s the website to see the different locations and view their menu. http://www.urthcaffe.com/
Cardio: Cycling/Spinning Class

If you already have a membership to the gym then Im pretty sure they offer some kind of spin class. It’s really good for your legs and if you’re contracting your core then you’ll work both at the same time. I like Yas yoga and spin. They have different locations that you can try. I always suggest cardio in a class because the music makes it a little bit easier and if you don’t have much motivation you will being surrounded by a group of others, including an instructor pushing you. It’s intense. The only thing that may be a bit uncomfortable is the seat. lol After a while your buttock might begin to hurt. They have seat covers that you can buy and use to make it more comfortable though. Try it! I wanna know how it goes if you do. Good luck! Oh, and they also offer a great yoga class. Here’s their website for any info. http://www.go2yas.com/
Eat the way you want to look and feel.
It’s so important to eat healthy and have good nutrition. Always balance your meals every 3-4 hours. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water helps your metabolism, keeps your skin clear, keeps you from being fatigued etc…. If you’re trying to lose weight make sure you eat lots of protein. As you burn fat you wanna make sure your muscles are building. Also, stay away from dairy. Think about it this way. Milk is used to make a baby cow (calf) what? Bigger! So imagine an adult. You can gets protein from other foods. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend and think twice before you pick up something bad and put it in your mouth. xoxo

Cardio: Advanced Step
I absolutely love step class! It was very popular in the 80’s and it seems to have gotten more hip, upbeat and fun. It’s an easy way to move to the beat of the music and push the intensity of a great workout! You can try it at any 24 hour fitness or wherever they have step class available. This is easier for me when im doing cardio because i despise machines. I get bored really quickly. So when im not outdoors at runyon canyon, the beach, temescal, Santa monica stairs, culver city stairs i take either step or kickboxing. You can burn anywhere from 300 to 800 calories depending on your intensity. Sorry it took me forever to put the video up. I edited it myself because i didn’t wanna wait any longer. I hope you enjoy it and try taking it at a local gym.
lovelonny-deactivated20111221 asked: Hi!! Your weight loss is a real inspiraton. I currently workout once a day for an hour since I have classes for most of the day. Is that a good amount of excercise? Also I was wondering if you have any advice for eating healthy on a budget? I'm in college so I try to save as much money as possible.
Thank you, Im glad I can help. An hour is perfect! Just be sure to push yourself to a high intensity workout so you’ll burn more. Healthy eating is so cheap. Well to me it is. It’s all about cooking your own meals and grocery shopping. That’s much cheaper than eating out.
Breakfast at Blu Jam.

This is my favorite dish at Blu Jam. It’s called the “Olympus”. Six egg whites scrambled with chopped flame broiled chicken breast, spinach, zucchini, and a fresh tomato basil sauce. Served with mixed greens and toast. I get no salt added, there’s enough flavor from the sauce. No toast. And, I add fresh slices of avocado.
