I try to stick to things that work your inner core without weights so you won’t have a bulging six pack. I fell in love with TRX because you can’t work your whole body with it not just your core. You can do 3 sets of 15 with knees to your chest and back out without your feet touching the ground. You can also do knees to the sides to work the oblique.  Do as many reps as you can. The more the better. On the right I’m hanging and lifting my knees all the way to my chest without swinging your legs back. That’s important. You can leave them bent or straight, which ever you can handle. Really contract your core during these workouts, If you try it. Hope it helps :)

It’s taught and repeated each class so the more you go the more you get the hang of it. The people that have been taking it long modify some of the movements to make it more challenging.

Egg white and veggie omelet with turkey bacon, fruit and nuts in between, lunch salmon and veggies and dinner a mixed green salad. It just depends. I switch it up a lot
